Cbank sees Russians’ 1-year inflationary expectations at 10.2%

MOSCOW, Jun 26 (PRIME) -- Russians’ 1-year inflationary expectations decreased to 10.2% in June from 10.8% in May, as seen by PRIME in the central bank’s materials on Monday.

"Inflationary expectations for the next year fell to a minimum since March 2021 in June 2023. The median inflationary expectations estimate amounted to 10.2% (minus 0.6 percentage point from May)," the authority said.

The perceived inflation in the period fell to 13.9%.
